Ujjain: BJP candidate from Ghattia constituency, Satish Malviya appeared before the court on November 11 in a six- year- old permanent warrant case and got bail. Malviya filed nomination papers for assembly elections while absconding.

Malviya was booked for beating a traffic cop and interrupting official work in 2007 at Kotwali police station. BJP candidate presented an application appearing in court on November 8. The case was heard on Monday.
