Ujjain: SP Anurag Kumar informed that accused of externment Sardar Azad Patel, 47, son of Bhagirath Patel, a resident of Pushpanjali Sadan Nanakheda was roaming in Mahananda Nagar area.
Accused Sardar was externed on the order of ADM on January 4, 2011. ASI Chauhan arrested accused from Anand Nagar square. ADPO Champalal Mujalde pleaded the case. JMFC Brajesh Goyal convicted the accused and sentenced 15 months imprisonment under Section 14/15 MP State Security Act.
