6 injured as car rams into tree

Ujjain: Six persons, including 3 women, were injured in a road accident after the car in which they were travelling rammed into a tree near village Najarpur here on Monday. The injured were identified as Durga, Pravina, Sonu, Ramkunwar and Shakuntla, all residents of Dewas village near Nagda. One of the injured persons said, the accident took place as the car driver lost control over the wheels while trying to escape a collision with a motorcycle. The injured were rushed to the Civil Hospital from where they were shifted to the other hospital, as all of them were in serious condition. Police said, the occupants were going towards Susner to attend a marriage function.
