Ujjain : 40 units of blood was collected and donated to the Civil Hospital during a camp organised by the Madhav Seva Nyas here on Tuesday.
According to Nyas member Vipin Arya, the blood donation camp was organised to mark the 7th death anniversary of the founder of the trust, Ashok Khandelwal. During the camp, 15 persons donated their blood for the first time. Likewise, an 18-year-old girl, Navni Arya, donated her blood to commemorate her birthday.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Madhya Kshetra Sanghchalak, Ashok Sohoney, Nyas president, Girish Bhalerao and treasurer, Vijay Kevlia, also visited the campsite to motive the blood donors.
