Ujjain : Home Guards department has made 225 optional doctors defense volunteers to deal with the casualty. Doctors have been given first aid training to ensure safe and successful Simhastha. 2-day training camp was inaugurated at Polytechnic College auditorium.
Home Guards department will render its service for drowning disaster management. First aid training is a part of the disaster management. Geo training was also given to the doctors. All the volunteers will impart services like first aid and medical facilities. Doctors will be given training for giving first aid to injured ones, artificial breath to the elders and children, first aid to burn patients. Dr Mahavir Khandelwal, Dr Rajendra Bansal and Dr Deshmukh also resolved the doubts regarding diseases related to ENT.
BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and RMP doctors are included under Alternate Doctors Association. They will be deployed at different ghats along with Home Guards to provide first aid. District Commandant Sumat Jain told that senior doctors will deliver lectures on first aid and will give demonstration on Tuesday. Divisional commandant Home Guard BP Verma, company commander Home Guard Meenakshi Chauhan and others were present.
