Late food delivery is the thing which we can live with but late refunds is not the thing to be taken lightly. Recently a Zomato customer care agent was forced to take make mother’s promise to gain costumer’s trust who was asking for refund.
The chat which went viral on all social media platforms shows that costumer asked agent to swear on his mother, that the money refund would come.

According to the chat, the incident stared when the agent asked to the costumer to place a new order as the previous order was not picked up. After agent’s suggestion, the costumer asked him about refund for the earlier meal he ordered. Answering to the costumer the agent said that the money will be refunded in 4 to 5 days. Customer then asked the agent to take ‘Maa Kasam’ to be sure, to which the agent happily replied.
