The court has asked Zishan to appear in court on April 20. The hearings were held via video-conferencing as Zishan is in the US.
Another order issued by chief justice Subodh Kumar Jain states that till March 31 only urgent cases will be heard.
Court officials said that over the years number of cases being filed in the Family Court is increasing.
