Since the introduction of Jio, the competition in the telecom sector has been increasing day-by-day. Airtel and Vodafone are trying to cope up with the rates Jio is providing to its users. Amid this competition, Airtel, Reliance Jio and Vodafone have come-up with new prepaid recharge rates under Rs 100.
Jio is giving Rs 98 pre-paid plan with some affordable offering like 2GB internet data, unlimited local, STD and roaming calls besides 300 SMS till validity period which is 28 days. The subscribers who get this recharge done, will also get Jio’s suite of apps subscription free for entire validity period.
On the other hand, Vodafone has a recharge plan of Rs 95 under which customers will get full talk-time with 500MB data. This pack is also available for 28 days. Airtel is giving two different plans under Rs 100. First one is Rs 98 special pack which gives 3GB of 4G internet connection with 28 days validity and the second one is the same one which gives full talk-time with 500MB 4G data.
Meanwhile, besides all these leading telecom companies, BSNL is also bracing up for the competition. BSNL has also revised their earlier plans and now they have announced promotional offers which is valid on the recharge of Rs 252, Rs 402, Rs175, and Rs 219 prepaid plans. While the Rs 175 recharge will give users talk time of Rs 200 with 0.5GB, the Rs 219 recharge will avail customer 0.5GB data and Rs 250 talk time. The validity of these packs is 30 days.
The Rs 252 STV pack, which earlier used to give Rs 200 talk time and 1GB of high-speed data, will come with Rs 350 talk-time and 2GB high-speed data. The Rs 402 STV recharge pack offers Rs 600 talk time and 4GB data for 30 days.
