Recently an image posted by SlashLeaks went viral, it showed an alleged prototype of the OnePlus 7 right next to the OnePlus 6T. The leak also revealed that, unlike OnePlus 6T, the OnePlus 7 features no notch and an all-screen design. In the pictures, the phones can be seen in a plastic case which hides the full body of the phones.
With the notch removed from the screen, rumours are OnePlus might will have a slider mechanism to operate the front camera; Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 3, the Honor Magic 2 and the Oppo Find X are some phones which consisted the slider mechanism.
In the leaked pictures, the phone’s screen is more curved than its predecessors. However, OnePlus last year confirmed that they will be the first to adopt Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor, we really hope they add it in the OnePlus 7.
We also think that OnePlus 7 will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner similar to OnePlus 6T, a rear-mounted dual camera setup, and – probably – still no IP certification. And if OnePlus follows the release schedule of its predecessors, it may release in May.
