During South Africa vs Sri Lanka 2nd ODI, David Miller displayed his skills from behind the stumps when he wore wicket-keeping gloves. It happened when Proteas needed only one wicket to win. ‘Killer Miller’ took the charge from regular wicket-keeper Quinton de Kock.
In the 32nd over, Imran Tahir bowled an off-break which the Lankan batsman Oshada Fernando tried to hit for a full shot but missed. Miller beautifully got hold of the ball behind the stumps and then quickly tried to remove the bails. Miller’s quick stumping left skipper Faf du Plessis amazed as he then applauded him by calling him ‘MSD’- Mahendra Singh Dhoni followed by “Come on, MSD.”
