New Delhi: The Great Indian Squash League backed ‘Merchant’s Cup-2014″ begins tomorrow at the Delhi Gymkhana club here.

The three day event will see the participation of major corporates such as Reliance and Accenture.

The tournament is sponsored by Italian sports brand Lotto, which has been in collaboration with the league since four years.

“As it involves players and teams from the corporate world, it will help the employees to relieve out the stress and participate in the game without affecting their work,” said the league founder Vikas Sharma.

The tournament will have a ‘Handicapped Format’ with players playing with/against each other from different age groups.

The tournament consists of 14 teams with three players and a reserve each. A total 83 matches will be played in the tournament. The other teams taking part represent Indian Revenue Services, HCL, Panasonic, Moolchand Health care Pvt. Ltd., Max Hospital, Indian Air Force, Jet Airways among others.
