Mumbai: Doubles pair Sudhir Shah and Moti Shewarami shocked second seeds A. Dayanand and V. Surendra to storm into the 65+ semi-finals, in the All India Veterans Open Tennis Tournament on Friday.

Shah and Shewaramani fashioned a 6-4, 6-2 win to set up a clash with first-time semi-finalists Shyam Belani and Thakurdas Jagwani. Belani also entered the singles semi-finals where sixth seed Shankar Ramappa of Maharashtra upset top seed Kaimal Arvind of Tamil Nadu 6-1, 6-2.
