Mumbai : Rovin D’Souza (handicap -110) the current champion of last year, is certain to qualify for the 3rd phase prequarter-final round of the competition as he won his second game beating Sanjiv Bijlani (handicap -90) 250-224 in the Group ‘A’ round-robin league (race to 250 points) match of the SPG-Park Club Billiards Tournament – 2015, which is being jointly organised by the Shivaji Park Gymkhana and Park Club. In the first game Rovin defeated Avenish Shah.

In the last group game Rovin meets ace billiards player Siddharth Parikh, who hit a break of 362 which is the highest in the competition, and whoever wins will be the leader of the group. Both are expected to go through to the next round. The former champion Rohan Jambusaria (-170) defeated Arun Agrawal (-550) 250-122 to score a second win in Group ‘D’ round robin league. Jambusaria’s first win came against Loukic Pathare (-150) and he is now in a good position to qualify for the next phase. In Group ‘C’, Vishal Gehani got his second win by scoring a 250-188 victory over Akash Asrani (-70).
