Santosh Kashyap appointed as NEUFC assistant coach

Guwahati: NorthEast United FC today announced the appointment of Santosh Kashyap as their assistant coach for the upcoming Indian Super League football tournament. The former India international, who has been credited for Royal Wahingdoh’s success from being a second tier side to finish third in the last I-League, said he’s excited to be associated with the Northeastern franchise.  “I am also confident that my knowledge of the north-east and Indian football will help him in understanding the dynamics of the squad better,” he said in their website.
