Mumbai: Mumbai Strikers registered a hard-earned solitary goal win over Salcette FC in the Elite Division match of the Rustomjee-MDFA League, at the Neville D’Souza ground, Bandra. Striker Ravish D’Souza’s first-half goal turned out to be the match winner. In the second match, Bombay Gymkhana overcame PIFA Sports Club 3-1. Vishal Singh scored two goals and Farhad Dastoor notched up one for Bombay Gymkhana while Aloysius Fernandes scored PIFA’s lone goal.
