Mumbai : Union SC and Canara SC shared honours as they were engaged in a thrilling 2-2 draw in a league match of the 21st Late Shri Ramanath Payyade Memorial Football League Tournament 2016 –2017, conducted by the Karnatak Sporting Association and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan.
In a lively match striker Ravish D’Souza twice gave Union the lead. But Canara fought back and managed to restore parity with Glen Moraes scoring both the goals.
In another match, Mangalore Blues SC and Jai Hind SC played out a tame goalless draw.
