Mumbai : Mumbai Port Trust came up with solid performance as they recovered for an early deficit to overcome Sea View SC 2-1 in a hard-fought First Division semi-final match of the Mumbai District Football Association League 2016-2017, and played at St. Xavier’s ground, Parel.
In the second semi-final, ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corpororation) got the better of St. Paul’s SC 6-5 via the sudden death tie-breaker penalty shootout after full time ended in a goalless draw.
