Mumbai : Otters Club and Police Swimming Pool shared the men’s and boys’ team championship honours, in the 44th Bombay YMCA Inter Club Aquatic Championship, at the YMCA Swimming Pool, Mumbai Central. Otters and Police garnered 65 points each to emerge joint champions, while Otters won the team title for women and girls.

Anannya Nayak of Vibgyor and Anaya Punamiya of Glenmark Aquatic Foundation won three gold and a silver each to share the individual honours on the concluding day. The seasoned duo saved the best for the last as Nayak won the 50m freestyle, backstroke and butterfly gold and breaststroke silver for the girls under-8 individual crown, while Punamiya won the 50m freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke gold and butterfly silver for the girls under-10 individual championship with a tally of 18 points each.
