Mumbai Indians skipper Hardik Pandya won the toss and has elected to bowl first at the Wankhede Stadium against the SunRisers Hyderabad as they look to continue their winning run in IPL 2025. Preview:

Mumbai Indians and SunRisers Hyderabad will hope to keep their winning momentum going as they lock horns at the Wankhede Stadium in the IPL 2025 game on April 17, Thursday. It will be the third home game for Mumbai and the Orange Army will be under pressure as they have lost all their away fixtures thus far.

Mumbai Indians ended their three-match losing streak with a narrow 12-run victory over the Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium this past Sunday. Hardik Pandya's captaincy may still need some brushing but the jailbreak against the Capitals should provide them with the much-needed confidence ahead of the home game on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the SunRisers arrested a slide of their own, breaking their four-match losing streak by registering the second-highest run-chase in IPL history. Although Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head returned to their belligerent best, their bowling unit are yet to get their plans right and the Wankhede Stadium could be yet another forgettable outing for them.
