Indian Women are taking on England side in the grand final of the Women’s World Cup at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. While India is playing for the second time in a World Cup final, England will be playing their seventh final. India are still looking for their first title and England, on the other hand, have won the World Cup crown three times.

While England have the confidence of having several World Cup titles under its belt, India have defeated England in the league stage. For the first time in the history of women’s cricket, the bowler with the most number of wickets in history and the batswoman with the most number of runs in history are both playing in the same team at the same time. That’s Jhulan Goswami and skipper Mithali Raj, by the way. However, one thing is for clear, since the World Cup comes once in four years, this game could possibly be the only chance for several players to have a shot at being World Cup winners, at least in the ODI format.
