Mumbai: Dishing out a strong, disciplined performance KSA did well to snuff out the challenge from a determined CRMD before storming to a comfortable 4-2 margin of victory in a well-contested Super Division match of the MDFA League on Tuesday evening.
The KSA outfit enjoyed a slender 2-1 lead at the end of the first half session. The architect of Karnatak’s triumph was their energetic and roving striker Kenneth D’Sena who capitalised on the openings created by his teammates to notch up a fine hat-trick.
Besides D’Sena’s feat, KSA’s enterprising midfielder Merwyn Fernandes was also instrumental in the win by scoring the fourth goal to ensure that they walked away with the full three points.
