IPL team Chennai Super Kings on Monday tweeted a video of its captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
"Every goose shall bump with First Day First Show feels! Just #StartTheWhistles! #HomeSweetDen," they tweeted.
In the video, Dhoni, who is accompanied by CSK manager Russel Radhakrishnan, is surrounded by fans who have embraced Jharkhand's hero as one of their own.
IPL 2020 will be the first tournament to feature Dhoni playing competitive cricket in almost eight months. The former India captain was last seen donning the blue during the 2019 World Cup semifinals against New Zealand. Dhoni struggled to make 50 and was tragically run out by Martin Guptill, indicating the end of India's World Cup campaign
Recently, a video of the former India captain surfaced on the internet where he is seen making and stuffing a panipuri (using a spoon, of course) into the mouth of former teammates Rudra Pratap Singh and Piyush Chawla.
