New Delhi : The Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) on Monday received the much-needed completion certificate from South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), clearing the deck to host World Twenty20 matches at the Ferozshah Kotla stadium here. “DDCA has received completion certificate from South Delhi Municipal Corporation,” said CK Khanna, Vice-President of DDCA.
