Mumbai : Faizan Shaikh was the star scoring both the goals in leading Liyakat SC to a hard-fought 2-1 win against Kenturians SC in a Third Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association League 2016-2017, and played at the K.J. Somaiya College ground, Chunabhatti on Wednesday. For Kenturians the lone goal came through Ashutosh Kadam’s effort. In another match, Marol United got the better of Phoenix SC by a 3-1 margin. Samir Ghadi, Everton D’Mello and Reynold S. struck a goal each for the winners, while Phoenix pulled one back through Nanu D.
