England are batting on 385/8 at lunch

Jake Ball  29 runs of 48 balls

Jos Buttler 64 runs of 122 balls

England started the day at 288/5 and clearly the first target on their mind would have been to not to lose quick wickets and reach to 350 as soon as they can and they managed to get 35 runs more than at tea but also lost 3 wickets. Ben Stokes decision was off course controversial to say the least besides that there have been no dramatics as such. England’s aim in the next session will be to bat as long as they can and off course to stretch that first innings score as well.
