The eyes of a billion Indians and more over the world have been on the New Zealand versus Afghanistan match, ever since it was clear that the result will decide India's fate in the Men's T20 World Cup.

Batting first, Afghanistan lost three quick wickets at the start - that of Mohammad Shahzad, Hazratullah Zazai and Rahmanullah Gurbaz inside the powerplay. At three for 19, it seemed the Black Caps would wrap it up pretty quickly.

But Gulbadin Naib and Najibullah Zadran added 37 for the fourth wicket, before the former played an Ish Sodhi delivery on to the stumps for 15 at the stroke of drinks.

Have India's hopes become bleaker or can the men in blue and the supporters still be hopeful of a miracle?
