Colaba School lads thrash  Hiranandani Foundation

Mumbai : Maruti Chavan and Vishal Bhalaran scored one goal each in Colaba Municipal School’s Victory in Boys U-16, division III, were they beat Hiranandani Foundation, Powai 2-0 and reached in the final of the MSSA Nike football tournament played at the MSSA Castrol Centre ground, Azad Maidan, here on Tuesday.

In the Boys U-14, division II, Utpal Sanghvi School, Juhu thrashed Victoria High School, Mahim 7-0. Utpal Sanghvi School totally dominated the match. Dhruv Dutta was the top scorer with three goals, while he got good support from Aayush Gambani, who scored two and Daksh Arya, Kush S. scored one goal each. In the Boys U-14, division I, St. Anne’s High School, Orlem defeated Don Bosco High School, Borivali 2-1, while Jamnabai Narsee School, Juhu beat The Cathedral & John Connon School, Fort 1-0 and Navy Children School, Colaba Drew with Christ Church School, Byculla without scoring.

Boys U-14-IC: Campion School (Cooperage) (4) (Rayan Badheka 1, Alderich Fernandes 3 Hattrick bt St. Andrew’s (Bandra) (0).

Boys U-16-III-SF: Colaba Municipal (Colaba) (2) (maruti Chavan 1, Vishal Bhalaran 1) bt Hiranandani Foundation (Powai) (0).

B-16-IV: Bombay Cambridge (Andheri-W) (3) (Rhutwik Kale 1, Shamas Siddiqi 1, Arbaaz Kapadia 1) beat Nalanda Public School (Mulund) (0).
