Mumbai: The 16-year-old Aryan Goveas, who won the doubles title along with partner Adita Gokhale on Friday, missed out on a double in the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Under-18 Grade 4 Tennis Tournament, losing the boys’s singles final to Norway’s Rana-Roop Singh Bullar 3-6, 6-7 (2) at the YMCA Tennis Courts in Chennai on Saturday.
Earlier, Aryan and Pune’s Aditya Gokhale won the doubles title with a hard fought 7-5, 1-6, 10-8 victory over the combine of Pune’s Sahil Deshmukh and Delhi’s Basil Khuma.
