Indore: The Congress filed another complaint with the election office against BJP candidate from Mhow Kailash Vijayvargiya, on Wednesday. This time the complaint is regarding using of Facebook for promoting schemes without permission from the Election Commission.

It is noteworthy that Vijayvargiya has already received two warnings from the EC for flouting Code of Conduct. Previous complaints were regarding distributing money to drummers, commenting on EC’s code of conduct and announcing during a public meeting that he would build Electronic Complex in Indore.

In the fourth complaint filed on Wednesday, the Congress accused Vijayvargiya of using Facebook for promoting various government schemes and thus getting mileage from the voters.

Congress state spokesperson Narendra Saluja claimed that Vijayvargiya has not taken any permission in this regard from the Election Commission.
