The citizens of Nashik district, especially those in Nashik Road and surrounding areas, experienced much-needed relief from the heat due to heavy pre-monsoon rains. The rainfall, which lasted for about two and a half hours, caused a temporary power outage lasting approximately three hours.
The day started hot, but by 7pm, heavy rain began and continued steadily. Areas like Deolali village, Sinnar Phata, Vihitgaon, Jailroad, Chehadi, Shinde, Palase, and Jakhori also received significant rainfall.

In addition to these regions, the eastern part of Sinnar taluka, including Dapur, Chapadgaon, and Pangri, saw pre-monsoon rains on Wednesday evening, creating a foggy atmosphere. While light rains fell in Sinnar city on Thursday, residents are eagerly awaiting heavier rainfall.
The Dabhadi area experienced torrential rain accompanied by gale-force winds, which caused damage to houses and uprooted electricity poles and trees. Ghoti town in Igatpuri taluka, along with Wadivhe and Gonde areas, also received an hour of rain in the evening.
