After BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya assaulted a municipal official with a bat, now a video has surfaced showing Congress MLA Nitesh Narayan Rane and his supporters manhandling and throwing mud at an engineer.

According to ANI, the incident took place near Mumbai-Goa highway in Kankavali, when engineer Prakash Shedekar and Nitesh Rane were inspecting the potholes-ridden highway. While they were inspecting, Rane and his supporters threw mud on the engineer and later tied him to the bridge over the river.

A few days back, BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya was arrested for allegedly assaulting a civic official with a cricket bat. He was released on bail from a local jail on Sunday morning. He was released after the order granting him bail reached the jail authorities from a court in Bhopal.
