Thane : A tution class teacher from Ambernath in Thane district was booked by the Thane police last night for allegedly having unnatural sex with a student, the police said here Monday.
Assitant police inspector V K Bhoir of the Amberanth police station told PTI that the accused Firoz Khan ran a tution class for students.
Allegedly, on Sunday, he called the victim aged 14 to his class under the pretext of returning a book, locked the door from inside and did the act, according to a complaint filed by the boy, the police said. The police said that Firoz has not been arrested, though he has been charged under Section 377 of the IPC.
