During the peak hours on Friday morning the engines stopped working of the freight trains running from Asangaon to Khardi, resulting in delayed services on the central line. Fast trains running on the central line will be delayed by 30 minutes and slow trains will be delayed by 20 minutes.
According to the received information, Due to heavy rains today, all railway lines have been affected. Harbour line trains are delayed by 10 to 15 minutes, Central and western lines are running 20 minutes late too. In addition, heavy rains have caused water logging outside railway stations too.
