MUMBAI: Pratap Sarnaik, Shiv Sena MLA from Thane, has asked the state to stop the Dec 18 release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Bajirao Mastani. In a memorandum submitted to the CM, he said: “The film be first shown to the legislators and then only the permission be granted for its release.”
“Fadnavis has asked the authorities to seek appropriate information and take action accordingly,” an official from CMO said.
