The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), which has 6.11 per cent COVID-19 positivity rate and 24.47 per cent oxygen bed occupancy, has released a new list of guidelines on Saturday evening. This comes after the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) late on Friday night announced a five-level plan to relax the coronavirus-induced restrictions in the state, based on the weekly positivity rate and the occupancy of oxygen beds.
According to the new guidelines issued by the PMC, shops dealing with non-essential items have been allowed to open till 4 pm on weekdays. Also, dine-in at restaurants, salons, gyms, parks, etc. have also been permitted to open.

1. Shops dealing with essential items will be open till 4 pm on all days.
2. Shops dealing with non-essential items will be open till 4 pm on weekdays.
3. All malls and theatres will remain closed.
4. Dine-in at restaurants, bars, food courts at 50% capacity shall be allowed till 4 pm after which only takeaway and home delivery is permitted till 11 pm.

5. Travel in local trains is permitted only for medical and essential services.
6. Cycling and morning walk in public places is allowed between 5 am and 9 am every day.
7. Private offices can remain open till 4 pm on working days.
8. Outdoor sports allowed on weekdays from 5 am to 9 am.
9. Social/Religious/Entertainment gatherings allowed with 50% capacity on weekdays.
10. 50 people for marriages, 20 for funerals.
11. Construction allowed, however, only onsite labours or labours must leave by 4 pm.
12. Agricultural activities allowed till 4 pm on all days.
13. E-commerce of all items is allowed.
14. Gyms, salons, spas, wellness centres can remain open till 4 pm with a 50% capacity. However, air-conditioners should not be used.
15. All passengers will be permitted to travel by public transport buses with 50% capacity.
