Mumbai: Mumbai Congress protested the petrol and diesel price hike today at Churchgate station in Mumbai. The Congress questioned the PM, if these are the promised “Acche Din?”
As we know that, the price of petrol is highest in Mumbai @ Rs 80 per litre. In last 72 days, the petrol prices have been increased by Rs 16 per litre whereas in Malaysia it cost Rs 32 and comparatively in Indonesia is cheaper by 41 per cent.
Earlier, the price of petrol was Rs 70 and diesel was Rs 53 per litre.
As per report, during the congress led (UPA government) in 2012 LPG was Rs 319 and now it is Rs 784, in past year it hiked by 11 times.
