City doctors emphasised that if people practice yoga on a regular basis, then it will turn out to be a boon for them as yoga helps in increasing blood circulations and maintaining healthy body which is free of ailments.

Health experts claim that today’s sedentary lifestyle, wrong eating habits, alcohol and tobacco consumption of people have caused major diseases and illnesses among people. City doctors informed that today younger generation is turning up with heart and blood pressure problems. Speaking on the matter, Dr Ramesh Chaturvedi, dean of the upcoming medical college at Cooper Hospital said, “Yoga is the best form of exercise which helps to maintain blood pressure and sugar levels in the body.
