Ghaziabad: A court here issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray for not appearing before it in connection with a case relating to his alleged inflammatory speech against the people of Bihar. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (second) had on May 15 issued a non-bailable warrant against the MNS chief and asked him to appear before it on June 18. When Thackerey did not appear before the court today, ACJM (second) Ram Karan Yadav issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against him.
