The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) area received an average of 98.41 mm of rainfall from Monday at 8.30 am until Tuesday at 8.30 am.
The maximum rainfall was reported in the Airoli ward at 116 mm. The civic jurisdiction also witnessed the falling of 10 trees on Monday.
As per the Disaster Management of CIDCO, there was no waterlogging. So far, the NMMC area has already received a total of 1234.34 mm of rainfall.
Meanwhile, the catchment areas of the dam have pushed the level up to 75.63 meters after heavy downpours in recent days.
On Monday, the catchment area saw 122.60 mm of rainfall. So far, a total of 1272.2 mm of rainfall has been received in the Navi Mumbai region.
