Bachelor of commerce (Bcom) can now apply for re-evaluation and photocopies of answer sheets for four papers online. University of Mumbai has allowed this for the first time, for the exams which were held last month.
“Usually, it takes 15 days for applications to reach from colleges to the university. Through this system, applications will reach us quicker and we will be able to process these applications and assign teachers for assessment through on-screen marking (OSM) system,” said a Mumbai University official to Hindustan Times.
The last day to apply is June 18. Last year, 77,000 applications were received for re-evaluation for the semester examination held in October and November. Mumbai University has been often proscribed for the delay in re-evaluation results. Although students could fill online application for examinations, the re-evaluation and photocopy requests were accepted offline only.
Students can apply for online application on www.revalphoto.mu.ac.in/reval_fh2019/instruction.html to get digital photocopies on e-mails. Digital payment gateways such as debit cards, credit cards, net-banking and mobile phone wallets can be used by students to make payments online.
