The Juhu police have booked principal of a reputed college in Vile Parle for allegedly sexually harassing a 45-year-old consulting professor.
According to Mid-Day, the incident came to light when the 45-year-old consulting professor registered a sexual harassment case against him last month. The woman has alleged that the principal molested her while she was shaking hands with him. But the accused has said that the case has been registered with mala fide intention. He also said that the acquisitions are entirely baseless and incorrect.
The accused also added the woman is trying to blackmail him and she wants to defame him and the institution. The principal is likely to move an anticipatory bail application. The cops are yet to make an arrest and are probing the case.
