St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner. The day is celebrated on March 17 every years in honour of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. St Patrick’s Day was originally started as a religious feast has over the years converted into official Christian feast day. Today, the day is celebrated across the globe with performances, parades, food and fun activities. Attend these St. Patrick’s events to get a feeling of Ireland in Mumbai.

Head to the Irish House for a two-day carnival to be held on March 18 and 19. The Irish House is recreating the popular Dublin Street, Ireland carnival. The celebration will feature live performances, delicious food, green beer, games, karaoke and Irish pub music among others.

The day one of the event features performance by Rohit Vasudevan and Sahej Bakshi popularly known as Dualist Inquiry, Indian innovative rock-electronica artist. Day two features performance by Djembe Drum Circle of Taal Inc and Indian rock band Best kept Secret.

When: March 18 & 19, 2017, 12 pm onwards

Partake in a fun-filled Irish evening power-packed with live performance, fun games and scrumptious food. The evening will be graced by live performance by WOLKEN featuring Reuel Benedict, Naquita, Marlous and Dhir. Along with the performance there will be fun-games including Beer Pong and Jenga. Participants will also get an opportunity to sip on over 50 varieties of beer and gorge on scrumptious food like shawarma, pizza, burger, fries and desserts. First 100 tickets will win a free beer.

The week-long St. Patrick’s celebration at Geoffrey’s is specially curated by their in-house Chef Kshitiz Shekhar with new bar bites and cocktail menu. Taking in consideration, the significance of green colour on St Patrick’s Day, the food and cocktail menu is green in colour. Food menu includes Spinach and onion chop, Pesto mushroom vol-au-vents, Smoked tangy chicken and more. While the cocktail menu includes Honeydrew martini, Grasshopper, Basilpolitan, and Shamrock juice, among others.

When: March 16 to 24, from 5 pm to 1 am
