Mumbai: A major fire broke out in the midnight at Cama Industrial Estate, Goregaon East, on Tuesday. The fire department pressed into service 8 fire tenders and 6 water jets to douse the fire. Apparently, the fire broke out in a warehouse where industrial raw materials such as cans of chemical, wooden furniture, office files were kept.
No casualties have been reported and the investigation is going on. The reason behind the fire is still unknown. According to fire officials, they got a call at 2:30 am and within half an hour, they reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
