Mumbai: Central Railway to hold special block on harbour line at night today

The Central Railway has announced Special Block of 5 hours on Harbour line to dismantle girder at Bandra station today. On Thursday, Harbour line will be closed from 11.30 pm to 04.30 am between Bandra-Andheri-Goregaon. Central Railway in a statement said, “Special Block of 5 hours will be operated on Up & Dn Harbour line for Dismantling of  Girder at Bandra by Western Railway on 08/09.05.2019 (Wednesday /Thursday Mid-Night) from 23.30 hrs to 04.30 hrs.”

Due to this, the train running pattern will be as, all Down local services from CSMT, after the departure of local towards Andheri at 22.37 hrs will remain cancelled. All Up local services from Bandra/Andheri/Goregaon after the departure of local towards CSMT at 23.04 hrs will remain cancelled.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Mainline /Western Railway from 22.30 hrs of 08.05.2019 to 04.30 hrs on 09.05.2019.
