According to the Hindustan Times, the 34-year-old man was identified as Naresh Gaikwad, who is a resident of JJ Marg. The incident took place on Wednesday when Gaikwad, who works as a plumber, was returning home from work. Gaikwad went on to the railway tracks at Sandhurst Road station to relieve himself. But while returning to the platform he was hit by a Kalyan-bound local.
