Modi set to inaugurate CCTVs on CR

Mumbai : The Central Railway is gearing up to install CCTV cameras in the ladies compartment in a train, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the safety feature on October 4.

The officials are working towards installing six cameras in each ladies coach. An official from CR said, “We have got a Siemens make of trains freshly out of its periodic maintenance, which will be fitted with the cameras and will be ready for its inauguration on October 4.”
