Missing Kalwa teenagers traced to Pune

Mumbai: Two teenagers who went missing from Kalwa railway station on Thursday evening, have been traced to Pune. Sources inform that the two children ran away from home to escape from the upcoming SSC exams that they were to appear for.

The children have been identified as Shashikant Tiwari (18) and Bhupendra Tiwari (17), residents of Mumbra. They were last reported seen at Kalwa station from where they also made calls to their parents informing that they were on their way to Thane.

The parents suspecting something amiss approached the Mumbra police to lodge a missing persons report. Officials of the Mumbra police after investigating the case traced the children to Pune and informed them that the children had run away so that they would not have to appear for the upcoming SSC examinations.
