Maharashtra: Recruitment of police to be transparent

At present, 7,231 posts have been approved and the recruitment process is underway with 20 grounds being prepared for in-camera tests.

Recruitment of police to be transparent Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis have directed the administration to expeditiously and transparently complete the recruitment of 75,000 police personnel in the state, with a physical test before a written test.

At present, 7,231 posts have been approved and the recruitment process is underway with 20 grounds being prepared for in-camera tests.
