Hearing on 26/11 accused Abu Jundal case deferred

Mumbai: The sessions court here on Wednesday deferred till month-end the hearing on framing of charges against Lashkar-e-Toiba operative and key plotter of 26/11 terror attacks Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal.

The hearing was adjourned to July 30 as the special judge G A Sanap was on leave.

The court was to hear arguments on framing of charges against Jundal who was charge-sheeted in October 2013. Jundal has been charged with 22 offences, including criminal conspiracy, waging war against the nation, murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping for murder, etc., under IPC.
