“All the problems are still there. Nothing has changed. The youths are jobless and the ministers are taking bribes. The government is full of corruption.”
Mumbai : After the change in government only faces have changed and nothing else has changed. The government wants riots should happen in the country, alleged Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray while addressing his party workers in Thane on Monday.
“The government had made as farce on the issue of Yakub Memon’s hanging. After watching and observing the drama over the death sentence of Yakub, it is clear that the State and Central government wants riots to save their chairs,” he said.
While talking about the situation in the country, Thackeray said, “All the problems are still there. Nothing has changed. The youths are still jobless and the ministers are taking bribes. The government is full of corruption.”
He praised Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in his speech but lambasted his party, the BJP. “CM Devendra Fadnavis is a good person but subordinate ministers don’t allow him to work. And Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national chief Amit Shah tied him with their orders. How he would function then,” Thackeray asked.
Targetting NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Thackeray said that Pawar was doing politics of castes. “When the NCP came into existence the country started towards its downfall,” he said.
Thackeray criticised actor Salman Khan over his twits about Yakub Memon’s death sentence. “He has no brain. He created unnecessary controversy,” he said.
